SHIPPING FAQ

When will I receive my order?

We ship all plants via FedEx 2-day service. All plants ship Monday through Wednesday. This helps ensure your plant does not spend any weekend waiting in a warehouse.

Your kit components and accessories ship via FedEx 3-day service Monday - Friday. We strive for the kit and plant to arrive on the same day. FedEx sometimes surprises us and delivers your kit a day early. If that's the case, it is perfectly fine to prepare your new garden in anticipation of your plant's arrival the next day.

Most orders are processed within 1 business day.

Which carriers does Gardenuity use?

Gardenuity plants enjoy the benefit of traveling via FedEx. Orders without plants may ship via FedEx or USPS. The carrier we use is determined by region, zip code, timing, and the location of our farm partner. As we grow, we hope to provide additional shipping options for our customers. 

How does shipping work for garden kits with plants vs garden kits with seed squares?

If your order contains a live plant, please note the plant may arrive in a separate box. 

Kits containing seed squares and garlic bulbs ship all in one box via FedEx 3-day service Monday - Friday. Note that weekends are not counted in FedEx service days, so a kit shipped Friday will arrive on Wednesday

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat rate for each live plant collection or gardens that contain plant collections so that we can expedite the shipping via FedEx and guarantee safe arrival of the delicate plants - $25.00 for each outdoor plant collection and $7.50 for a single herb refresh. Seed Squares ship free. Shipping is 15% of the total price for all other items including garden kits without plants and accessories. Shipping is free for orders over $70. Just use Code FREESHIP at checkout! 

Does my Shipping have a tracking number?

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your package has shipped. Within 24 hours of receiving this notification, you should be able to track your package.

Can you expedite or delay a shipment?

It is always worth asking.If you need your garden delivered by a certain date or on a certain date, please reach out directly to your Grow Pro partner at GrowPro@gardenuity.com.
