Your herbs will be ready for harvest about a week after planting.
To harvest your herbs you may cut from the stem or gently pinch off leaves. For sage or rosemary, trim a couple of inches from the top of all new shoots. This will also help the plant grow fuller.
Basil, thyme, and sage will flower- be sure to remove flower buds as soon as you see them- this will prolong the life of your herb and leaf production.

Check out our blog, The Sage, for more tips on harvesting and what you can do with your fresh harvest.
